How exactly do credits work?
One credit = one minute of your finished video. Buy the 30-min Essential plan, submit a 5-minute video - you've used 5 credits and have 25 remaining. Credits are valid for 3 months from your purchase date and can be used across multiple videos.
What's the difference between AI and human in your process?
Our human editors handle the creative work - rough cuts, pacing, storytelling, and final polish. The AI motion graphics tool handles complex animation layers at speed. Every video is human-reviewed before delivery. You get AI speed without sacrificing creative quality.
What format should I upload my footage in?
Any common video format works - MP4, MOV, MKV. Upload via Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. Higher quality footage (1080p or above) gives the best results, but we can work with whatever you have.
How do revisions work?
Every plan gets 1 free revision round per video. A revision round means you give us feedback and we implement all changes in one go. Additional rounds beyond that use 1 credit each. Revisions must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
Can I split my minutes across multiple videos?
Yes - that's exactly how it's designed. Submit as many videos as you want within your credit balance. A 30-minute plan could mean six 5-minute videos, or one 10-minute video and four 5-minute ones. Totally flexible.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
